Transcend uses workforce management and payroll systems to support accurate scheduling, time capture, payroll processing, and compliance review. Supervisors and managers are expected to ensure that work schedules, overtime, and employee assignments are managed responsibly and in accordance with applicable laws and company policy.

Retaliation includes termination, demotion, reduced hours, unfavorable assignments, harassment, intimidation, or any other adverse action taken because an individual raised a concern or participated in a review. Any suspected retaliation should be reported immediately.
