To maintain professionalism and ensure a seamless transition, we've outlined a straightforward resignation process.
1. Complete the Resignation Form
The first step is to fill out the official resignation form; This form is critical for scheduling your final working day and processing your final paycheck. If you would like to be eligible for your PTO payout, make sure you're submitting your resignation at least two weeks before your last shift.
2. Return All Company Property
After your final day, please ensure all company-issued property is returned in good condition.
3. Final Paycheck and Benefits
Your final paycheck will include compensation for any hours worked up to your last day and, if applicable, your uniform deposit. If you are interested in the PTO Payout, please contact Human Resources in writing before your last day of work to make sure you're eligible.
